I just had my youngest baby last year and I have to say it didn’t take long to pick a theme! My husband and I spent over a decade trying for babies and when we were successful in having our last baby, immediately it came to mind that he was “heaven sent”. And upon further research of ideas, I found that this theme was fairly popular ! We just had a small gathering in our home after baby was born!

Baby Shower Welcome Sign
I was able to find the most adorable Heaven Sent Welcome Sign on ETSY. It was a digital file that was personalize for me!
Table Decor Ideas
I was able to find matching plates, napkins, plastic tablecloths, plastic cutlery, table confetti from Party City.
Centerpiece
I found the centerpiece spray and the BABY glitter sign both from Party City.
Cake and Cookies
I have an amazing local baker who bakes all of my cakes and cookies for my Events and this special day was no exception!
I started researching cake ideas on Pinterest and came across several ideas for cakes and took the photos to my baker and we came up with a design between the two of us.
My theme for the shower is “Heaven Sent” and I was able to find clipart of an “angel baby” and sent that photo to my baker who was able to put that image on the cake! It turned out incredible!
I also added a gold glitter cake topper! I found this beautiful topper with angel wings off of ETSY!

Baby Shower Cookies
I wanted a set of beautiful cookies. I ordered a dozen cookies from my baker and I absolutely wanted to have angel wings to complement the theme. I had 2 sets of angel wings, a star, a rattle and a baby onesie. Just darling!
Invitation Ideas
When I am planning an Event, I always plan on using digital invitation. Invitations are so easy to purchase and so easy to send when they are digital! I found some “Heaven Sent” baby shower invitations on ETSY!
Party Favor Ideas
I opted to have personalized chocolate bar wrappers with the theme “Heaven Sent” with the angel baby on the design which I had made and I ordered them off of ETSY.
Baby Shower Candies
I also had a few candies available on the table for the guests as also a form of guest favor. I had blue chocolate balls and lollipops with “It’s a Boy” on them. I also had bubble gum cigars! So fun and so cute!
Personalized Baby Shower Water Bottle Labels
I also had personalized water bottle labels made and I also ordered these off of ETSY as well! The same “Heaven Sent” theme as the other items. I had the file sent to me digitally and then I had my print shop print them off on glossy paper and I cut and applied them to the water bottle with hot glue. I also removed the old label before adding my new label!
Balloon Decorations
I ordered the balloon arch package of balloons and the BABY boxes off of Amazon.
I found the helium balloon bouquet off of Party City. I purchased the balloons and then a few days before the party I went back to the store and had them blown up with helium.
Wishes for Baby
This is a super fun idea! I googled free file “Wishes for Baby” and have people at the party fill this in and keep it in baby’s keepsake box to look at later!
