Cozy Fall Decorating Ideas

I absolutely love Fall! Do you love it too!?

I live in Canada and I love all of the distinct seasons we have here!

I hope I can inspire you to decorate your home for Fall this year! I usually decorate for Fall and add a few touches in for Thanksgiving here and there.

Fall Dining Table

• I always love to start with the focal point being my dining room space when I am decorating. 
• Always having a linen tablecloth just adds a cozy element. 
• I start with chargers on the table and add my plates. 
• I have linen napkins but also add napkins I find at the Dollar Stores. They add an element of color and decor to the space in an inexpensive way!

 

I also added a table runner this year in dark rich colors to give my table even more depth and color.  I found some lovely placemats as well this year at the Dollar Tree and they always add just another dimension of color.

 

Place Settings

I love to make my place settings special, so I always add my silver and gold plated cutlery to the table as well.  I just love these fall chargers I found!  Here is a link to some similar ones.  There are just so many beautiful options!

 

I also add my gold-plated rimmed water flutes to the table and it just adds an extra bit of cozy to the table. I also opted to add a cozy fall lantern to the middle of the table.  Then I add smaller items around the larger lantern.  Check out some lantern options HERE!

 

I added so many items from the Dollar Tree, the small tea light holders and tea lights, the ceramic pumpkins and the small faux pumpkins!

 

Gold ceramic pieces added to the table gives it a cozy look.  Here are some similar ideas! Aren’t the little chickens adorable? They are place card holders and I had forgotten to add the the little card with the name before I took the photo!  But I just love how cute they are.

 

 

Aren’t these adorable napkins? They are just a small colorful addition to the place setting. HERE are some similar ones to mine and there are so many options to choose from!

 

Fall Tiered Tray

I always try to add in a tiered tray!  I keep this one in my dining room and I just love how cozy it is!  This does not have to be expensive or time-consuming either! 

This is simply to inspire you for your own home.  I have purchased items for my tiered tray from the dollar tree and from various shops where I have found cute items to add! Here is a favorite tiered tray I found on Amazon!

 

 

I always try to find small items at the Dollar Tree to decorate my tiered trays. I found candles, pumpkins, artificial flowers, small signs; all at the Dollar Tree!

Fall Mantel

 

Although I do not have a mantel per se, I always love to decorate the TV stand as best as I can for the seasons!  Call it a faux mantel!

 

In my living room, I have a round table in the back corner and simply to keep for when we have company!  It’s so handy to pull out when we have family or friends over and need extra seating.  I always love to set out a sign and my sunflower centerpiece for this table.

Fall Centerpiece

 

 

The coffee table is always a spot I love to add a fall centerpiece too and I simply added a small fragrant candle to my table to add to my cozy fall space!

I don’t remember where I got this candle, but it smells so yummy, just like fall!  HERE are some similar fall candle options if you are looking for a candle for your home.
