Little Man Baby Shower Decorations
I absolutely loved planning and decorating for this Little Man Baby Shower! I hosted the shower in October so I was sure to implement some fun pumpkins in the theme as well!
- Simple meaningful decorations include a balloon bouquet and a fun chair with Mom to Be pin on it!
- I also found a free little man sign that I printed off and put in a frame for the buffet table.
- I had fun with the pumpkin! I bought a real pumpkin and painted it white with craft acrylic paint from the dollar store and then printed out free graphics and cut them out and glued on the pumpkin which turned out so cute!
- I found a free “Congratulations” banner online and simply cut the letters out, hot glued it to a long ribbon and attached it to the fire place mantel!
- I set up an Advice table. I found some free “Wishes for Baby” and “Advice for the Mommy to Be” on Google and printed them on my home printer and set out on a table for the guests to fill in
Buffet Table Decor
- I kept the buffet table super simple! I found a free sign on Google and then added my Mommy to Be’s name to the sign in the Pic Monkey app and printed it off on my home computer.
- I had some vases from the Dollar Tree and printed off the “Little Man” logo from the free printables I found online. I also added a candle and some napkins
- Also a super cute addition was printing off some mustaches and cutting them out and gluing them onto the paper napkins!
Little Man Baby Shower Invitations
I love making fun digital invitations and for this shower I found some free ones on Greetings Island. They have hundreds of free digital party invitations!
Little Man Baby Shower Cake
I had so much fun making this cake ! Yes a first attempt at a cake but I knew I didn’t need to make an elaborate cake in order to make something super cute!
- I started with a plan which was to keep it as super simple as possible!
- I bought a store boxed cake mix and some white fondant an as you can see, my fondant isn’t very smooth! It was a learning process and so much fun to do!
- In order to camouflage my not so pretty fondant, I used some of the cardstock party printables to place around the outside of the cake and I have to say, it made the cake cuter!
- I also cut out a large mustache and used 2 straws to glue on the back to make the cake topper!
Little Man Baby Shower Cupcakes
The cupcakes were a fast and easy addition to the dessert table ! I have a post where I give you the how to on how I make my cupcakes and frosting, check it out HERE!
I also printed out the free printables I found online and it had cupcake toppers included in the printable package. I cut out the toppers and hot glued a candy stick to the topper to assemble to insert in the cupcakes.
I put them on my cupcake stand and voila, such a cute presentation!
Little Man Baby Shower Candy
I also made these moustache cake pops! One of my first attempts at making them. They aren’t as easy as they look! I found cute straws from the Dollar Tree for the sticks and used Wilton candy melts to coat the cake pops once they were shaped into balls and popped in the freezer!
I found some simple black and white lollipop favors at Michaels Craft Store to put in a glass jar for the table.
I also made the cutest moustache candy melt lollipops! They turned out just adorable!
- I had to purchase a lollipop candy melt mold from Michaels Craft Store
- Very simple to make, which was microwaving the candy melts
- Always grease your molds! I found this out the hard way! Or you will have a heck of a time getting them out of the mold!
- Pop a candy stick on the bottom before they set and give them an hour to harden
- I took a piece of styrofoam I had at home and wrapped it with wrapping paper to make the lollipop holder and it turned out so cute!
Little Man Baby Shower Favors
For the favors, I put the extra moustache lollipops inside a favor bag that I found at Michaels Craft Store and printed off a favor label from the free printable package I found online and wrapped them up with ribbon!
Little Man Baby Shower Diaper Cakes
- I had so much fun making these diaper cakes! I jumped on You Tube and found so many fun tutorials! I ended up making a large cake and some smaller ones to go around the presentation. I used the free printable package I found online and decorated the cake similar to how a real cake would look and it turned out so cute!
- I also added some free signs I found and popped them in frames and also added the cute painted pumpkins I made! I added bling stickers and some lettered stickers to the pumpkins.
- For the diaper wreath I hung on the door, I found a wreath ring at the Dollar Tree and then added the diapers with ribbons and one of the signs I printed off from the free printables I found online and then gave it to the Mommy to Be when she left the party!
Baby Shower Food
I made the food really simple and easy! I bought trays of veggies and fruits from Costco and put them on some nice serving trays!
I also added some chips and salsa and we had plenty of cake and desserts as well!
Baby Shower Signage
Baby Shower Punch Station
I had a lot of fun with the punch station! I made signs for the punch dispensers, the mason jars and labels for the water bottles. I also added the super cute bow tie banner to the front of the table!
Water Bottle Labels
I was able to print out on my home computer the water bottle labels. I removed the old water label and added mine by hot gluing the paper onto the bottle. They looked so cute!
Fun Little Details
I set up a little table where the guests entered and placed a little onesie with a little bow tie on it to use as a guest book!
I also made a little table with selfie props to have some fun taking photos with moustaches and lips and top hats! I also found a free sign on Google and printed that off to have on the table as well.
Little Man Baby Shower Free Printables
Everything you see in these pictures was used with Free Printables! I simply Googled “Free Little Man Printables” and was able to find all sorts of party items to print off!
I found:
- cupcake toppers
- garlands
- favor tags
- party signage
